When one thinks of a romantic flight, visions of hot air balloons fill the air. Unlike the enclosed experience of an airplane, a balloon means not breathing in recycled air and taking to the great outdoors. Whether for Valentine's Day, romantic proposals, or a unique perspective of the world, a hot air balloon provides an incomparable flight experience.

To prepare for a flight by hot air balloon it is important to bring layers of clothes (can get chilly), sun block or suntan lotion (pretty good sun exposure when you are above ground), and your camera or video camera. And the romantic tradition of a champagne toast is common to ballooning, so don't be surprised if you are handed some early morning bubbly.
